Summary
When he wakes up, Atsushi wasn't expecting to be somehwere else other than his cell. Stuck in an unknown place, he meets other children and two adults in the same situation as his, though it's an original crowd. Between something akin to a rabid dog, a cat lover swordman, a creepy maid and a suicidal mummy, Atsushi has to rely on the responsible ginger and the warm but mysterious doctor. Too bad one gets riled up by the said mummy and the other is always glaring to the swordman.
Can this group find out why they all found themselves in that strange place and escape it? -

(I started on this 2 and a half years ago during my Heartstopper phase, reason why the protagonist is named after the author, just clearing it up now!!)
Chantel or Alice, is questioned by Ango who tells her that all her information has been eradicated, thanks to Angel. Now stuck in this interrogation room, Chantel is forced to tell her story and relive the horrors she went through in the Port Mafia. But even after her meeting with Ango, she has to deal with all the chaos that comes with working in the Armed Detective Agency. From witnessing her family's murders right in front of her, being raised by Mori to being torn between choosing the people who care for her or the Port Mafia. Things take a turn for a worse when the realization dawns on her that she yearns for two people she definitely shouldn't.

While they do get into arguments sometimes, they will always have each other in their hearts whether they admit or not. They plan to go to collage together but they go through a lot to get there. Eventually, they feel something for each other which leads them to experiment and… end up something more than friends?

Summary
Dazai found out that his favorite kind of pain was a sort of combination of the two. The kind he could expect, but not control. The kind that was delivered in a way he liked, and still out of his control.
That was where Mori came in. Dazai wasn’t stupid–he was very much aware of how wrong this was. He had been desperate to find a new physician, but it seemed there was no one else in Yokohama who was so willing to prescribe Dazai exactly what he wanted.
At least, that’s what Dazai tells himself. Whether it’s because of his prescriptions or something more, he keeps finding himself back at Mori’s office.
Or, Dazai is doing badly and needs Mori to refill his meds. And maybe help him out in a more... unorthodox way.

Tachibana’s voice shook. “I, uh—Dazai-san is…ah…”
Mori-san slowed his strokes.
Tachibana coughed. “He’s—he’s hard. Ougai-dono.”
“Good. Hayakawa-kun?”
Hayakawa’s voice cracked. “He looks—like… he’s about to cry.”
Mori-san smiled and gave a light chuckle, warm as ever. “He is crying. Aren’t you, Dazai-kun?”
Dazai nodded once, shakily, silent tears dripping down his cheeks as he stared at the opposite wall like he could crawl into it and disappear.
No one helped him.

With Dazai having left the organisation, Atsushi was now free from him and he celebrated that by burning up the fur lined collar that he forced him to wear. He found it to be a poetic justice to have it destroyed with fire watching it burn with a wide smile delighting in the sight of that horrid thing melting into nothing but ash.
It made him feel like he, for the years they’ve been together, has been burning in a fire with no escape and no solace but now Dazai was gone. The fire has been doused with the wave of pure relief that washed over him as he realised that he was actually gone. That it wasn’t a trick.
