The Justice League were having a meeting in the batcave, because the Watchtower was getting its much needed repairs. Though as much as Batman pleaded– or more menacingly glared they were adamant on having the meeting in the infamous “batcave” because they couldn't find an isolated enough space and partly because they were curious about what it looked like.
