Summary
When Dumbledore dies at the end of their fifth year after trying in a cursed ring, Draco Malfoy joins the Order of the Phoenix and claims his Lordship of House Black to secure Grimmauld Place as headquarters. Against all odds, he falls in love with, and marries Hermione Granger.
Unfortunately, their love was never meant to last. The Order of the Phoenix falls, leaving Lady Hermione Malfoy-Black and her sons Teddy Lupin-Black and Scorpius Malfoy the final survivors of the Second Wizarding War. With everyone dead, Hermione is tasked with traveling back in time to save everyone who needlessly lost their lives, with two babies in tow.
As Head of House Black, she shares an immediate connection with Sirius Black, and he just cannot resist. What follows is a harrowing adventure to change the culture of Wizarding society and kill Voldemort once and for all.

Lily’s laugh carried down the hall. “Just wait until your first first training session. Hermione is ruthless in the best possible way.”“That explains why your brother follows her around like a lost puppy dog, then.”
Their laughter was cut off when the front door shut behind them. If she had heard them, Sirius certainly had. Hermione stole a glance up at him to see he almost looked offended.
“I do not follow you around like a lost puppy dog,” he grumbled indignantly. “I know exactly where I’m going.”
A laugh bubbled out of her before she could stop it. He was so effortlessly charming, she couldn’t help herself. “And where exactly are you going?”
Sirius laced their fingers together as he led her down the cobblestone street, towards the apparition point. He gave her a dashing, dimpled, smile. “Wherever you’re going. Obviously.”
